Gold Frankincense and Myrrh soap
The Gift of the Magi Soap

24 KT Gold Frankincense and Myrrh soap

Christmas is in the air again! But what is the “meaning of Christmas?” What exactly does the word itself even mean?

Well, we see Christ’s name as the first part of the word, but mas? Is it mass, as in RC mass? No, actually the word in old English meant celebration!

So the word actually means to celebrate Christ.

Your soap will come with a small card with the following poem:

  The Gift of the Magi

This small remembrance of soap that I send,

is a reminder of the greatest gift that has ever been.

Jesus the son of God, Emmanuel,

is that gift that the prophets did long ago foretell.

and the Magi brought gifts as they came from afar,

Gifts of Frankincense, Gold and Myrrh,

each representing what in this Child’s life would occur.

Gold representing Him as our eternal King,

Frankincense pointing Him out as our precious High Priest.

And Myrrh was the gift most difficult to receive,

for it signaled the mission He was born to complete. Jesus – that baby who in a manger lay,

was born to die to provide for us a way.

to be reconciled with the Father by cancelling our sin,

that we could forever be with Him!

So when you use this soap made with Frankincense Gold and Myrrh,

Sent with love may your heart be stirred.

To remember the Greatest Gift any has ever received,

The gift of a Savior, High Priest, and King!

We love Christmas

Most people love Christmas! Some love it for the gifts (the best of which is what it represents),

some for the food, some for the fellowship, some for the reminder of Christ’s incarnation.

But we are all reminded every year that Christ came into the world to save sinners!

The art

Many artists come out with Christmas celebratory items at this time of year and we are no different.

We love the meaning of Christmas the most, but we also love the art of it!
We hope you enjoy giving, and using The Gift of the Magi as much as we enjoyed creating it!

Merry Christmas!
