Earth to Sea Soap was months in the research and development! We wanted to create another Head to Toe bar and in this one wanted to include a variety of earth and sea products known for their hair and skin loving properties! We used lots of organic butters, botanicals and extra virgin oils!

Organic Matcha Green Tea

Strong, Organic Green Tea is the liquid in this soap. Botanicals like Dulse, Organic Kelp and Olive Leaf, along with Kaolin Clay give this soap wonderful skin nourishing aspects.

“Super oils” of Argan, Tamanu, Organic Jojoba

We call them Super Oils for a good reason. All the oils we use here are great oils. Most are Organic, and with the exception of a few soaps that have Tallow or Beeswax, all are vegetable oils. But some oils just do so much pampering of your skin they deserve special recognition. Argan, Jojoba and Tamanu are three such oils, and we use all three in this soap!  Avocado is also a great moisturizing oil and rounds out the moisturizing experience this soap will provide. We left it unscented for those of you who love that light earthy scent from the botanicals. Give your hair and skin a luxury experience without the luxury prices!

Directions for use: This soap was designed for everything from your hair to your face and body.

For hair

We recommend washing your scalp and hair with a baking soda rinse* before switching to a shampoo bar.  (Do NOT get in eyes!) This should help remove some of the shampoo build up on your hair and scalp. Rinse well. Then rub soap bar directly on hair, working it into the the scalp, not just the hair. Work to a lather and rinse. Repeat.  Rinse your hair with a AC vinegar rinse*, then squeeze out extra water. Follow with one of our Conditioner or Detangling Conditioner Bars (links in next paragraph) and/ or or one of our leave-in conditioning products. Style as usual. We recommend our Curly Hair Pomade for curly locks, and Silky Head to Toe for straight hair as a leave in conditioning/ styling help.

Now wash your face

This was designed for everything from hair and face, to the rest of your body, but do avoid mucous membranes.

*Just Baking Soda and water, or what I do is get hair soaking wet and simply place Baking Soda on top of head and work through. Be careful to use this in such a way that it can NOT get in your eyes! Do Not get in eyes! An alternative way that has worked better for most people is to get your hair lathered first, then pour a small amount of baking soda on top and shampoo as normal. Start with approx a tablespoon.

*10-25% vinegar to 75-90% water. If you can’t stand the smell of Vinegar, use it, then rinse with cold water to remove smell. While we use AC Vinegar, and recommend it, some people have used White Vinegar successfully. Experiment, and make it your own!
